Cancellation Policy
- Arvuti Computers will only process a cancellation if the request is raised within 24-Hours of the order being placed
- Once the PC Build has been started and the seal of all the components are broken then you cannot get it cancelled.
Refund And Return Policy
- First of all if you want to claim refund of any product or PC please make a uncut video from mobile or any other device during unpacking of shipment.
- The refund will be processed within five (5) business days after shipment has been received and inspected by Arvuti Computers.
- Convenience charge of 2% shall be deducted for payments done through the payment gateway before shipment.
- All refunds, if approved, shall be done before shipment of the product, strictly.
- Full refund or replacement shall be initiated only if the PC or the product is lost or damaged in transit with 7-10 days as all the orders are insured by Arvuti Computers.
